Nikki Maltezos is a costume designer and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York. She received a BFA in Fashion Design at Parsons the New School for Design and is a member of Local USA 829, IATSE. With her background working in the film and television industry, as well as having been heavily influenced by the costumes and theatre sets in her early years as a ballet dancer, Nikki's visual story telling is whimsical, vibrant, and teeters on the edge of surreal.  Her illustration experience ranges from commercial advertising to television and theatre, including critically acclaimed Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.  She enjoys reading, writing, singing, cooking, cultivating her urban patio garden, hosting fabulous dinner parties for her friends, and spending time at home with her two perfect cats.
